Experience:
Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager in multi-storey development projects.
Strong knowledge of construction management processes, methods, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Proficiency in project management software.
Certification:Obtain a professional certification, such as the Project Management Institute's (PMI).
