What you will do:Participates in the development of the project concept to ensure its feasibility assessment could cover HVM concept.Initiates the project with clear objectives, scope, and stakeholders' buy-in.
Create ramp detailed project schedules and milestones to realize HVM target.
Mobilize resources and establish JDT project teams.Conducts a risk assessment specific to the ramp-up phase and develop mitigation strategies.Communicates with stakeholders about the project's progress and well-implemented of process optimization.Ensures the project is ready for full-scale production or operation with factory certification.
Coordinates, develops and refines transfer to operation methodologies and best practices.
What you will need:Must hold a Degree Bachelor/Master in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Material Sciences related or equivalent with minimum 15 years experience in leading projects in Semiconductor R&D/Process engineering/Design/Development.Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and systems.Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, MSP) is an advantage.Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Manage medium to large project teams with members outside the direct working environment.Well-versed in technical knowledge, understand project life-cycle, project management processes and methodologies.
