Responsibilities:Participates in the development of the project concept to ensure its feasibility assessment could cover HVM concept.
Initiates the project with clear objectives, scope, and stakeholders' buy-in.
Creates detailed project schedules and milestones to realize HVM targets.
Mobilizes resources and establishes JDT project teams.
Conducts a risk assessment specific to the ramp-up phase and develops mitigation strategies.
Communicates with stakeholders about the project's progress and well-implemented process optimization.
Ensures the project is ready for full-scale production or operation with factory certification.
Coordinates, develops, and refines transfer to operation methodologies and best practices.
What you will need:
Must hold a Bachelor/Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences, or equivalent with a minimum of 15 years experience in leading projects in Semiconductor R&D, Process Engineering, Design, or Development.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and systems.
Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, MSP) is an advantage.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization and manage medium to large project teams with members outside the direct working environment.
Well-versed in technical knowledge, understanding project life-cycle, project management processes, and methodologies.
Conduct forward-looking risk management in close cooperation with stakeholders.
Effectively manage resources, including specialized labor and expensive equipment, under tight deadlines and budgets.
Willingness to take responsibility and ownership to aggressively focus on problems either individually or as part of a larger team.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English are a must.
