Project Manager

This role will be responsible to direct and manage all activities engaged in the project site as designated with emphasis on Planning / Organizing / Control and Co-Ordination of construction-related matters to meet project requirements.- To attend all meetings related to the assigned projects, compile and prepare reports for records and feedback of information for management's review.- To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.- Responsible to prepare weekly update to management on site progress and other site related matters.- To coordinate with consultants' team and resolve technical matters of assigned projects.- Manage and work closely with site staffs to ensure all site work is constructed in accordance to latest construction drawings approved by management.- To follow up closely on all authorities approval status throughout project development phase.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Rotational shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Management: 6 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)- English (preferred)
