Job Description
Fully responsible for the management and operation of property projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time and in good quality.
Formulate project plan, define project objectives, tasks and progress, and effectively monitor and adjust.
Organise the project team, co-ordinate the work between various departments and ensure smooth teamwork.
Responsible for project cost control, formulate budget and supervise the implementation to ensure that the project is completed within the budget.
Maintain good communication and co-operation with customers, partners and relevant government departments.
Job Requirements
College degree or above, majoring in construction, engineering management and other related majors.
At least 1-2 years of experience in property project management, experience in large-scale project management is preferred.
Possess solid knowledge of engineering technology and project management, familiar with relevant laws, regulations and standards.
Excellent organisational and coordination skills, communication skills and team leadership skills, able to solve problems effectively.
Strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, able to adapt to high-intensity work environment.
