Location : Penang & Johor Bharu Job Descriptions: Meeting with clients on project briefs and clarify specific requirements of project; Tracking project progress to analyze the cost efficiency, resources management, inventory tracking and forecasting; Planning and implementing projects; Manage the clientales and potential clients/leads and its success rate; Building and leading the project team Requirements: • Possess a Diploma, Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Technology or Construction Management or equivalent;
• 3 - 5 years working experience in property development or construction industry;
• Experience in construction planning and coordinator with consultants for building project;
