Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Subang Jaya within the ICT sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience managing ICT projects, coupled with strong technical knowledge. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a readiness to travel as needed.
Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage ICT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans. Collaborate effectively with diverse teams including developers, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Communicate project status updates, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Travel to client sites and project locations as required. Utilize project management tools and software to track project milestones and deliverables. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the ICT sector. Solid understanding of ICT technologies, systems, and project management methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally. Project Management: 2 years B2 & D (Preferred)
