Roles and Responsibilities:
-Lead and coach Project Executive to ensure projects are managed and implemented based on company's project management methodology.
-Manage the assigned projects according to the company's project management methodology.
-Responsible for the project deadline and budget, and ensure projects are delivered within the agreed project's scope.
-Develop project timeline and milestones for any given project.
-Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
-Ensure all issues/risks and changes are tracked throughout the project duration.
-Coordinate internal manpower and third parties/vendors for the project execution.
-Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure that the direction of each project is aligned.
-Constantly contribute and improve company's project management methodology.
-Maintain good rapport with all project stakeholders.
-Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with all project stakeholders.
-Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
-Identify, track and mitigate potential project risks.
-Prepare project progress presentation/report to client prior to project meeting.
-Conduct project meeting and presentation to client.
-Prepare minutes of meeting after project meeting with client.
-Make presentations to customers, business partners and company management team concerning the progress of a project.
-Review Project Executive daily timesheet.
-Assist Finance and Sales teams in forecasting the invoice date and ensure the invoices date are met based on the forecast.

; Requirements:- Requirements:
-Minimum Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent.
-Preferably 5+ years of project management/service delivery experience. Experience in the ICT industry and/or software development industry is a plus.
-Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II / Agile certification is an added advantage.
-Excellent communication skill in written and verbal.
-Documentation management and ability to use project management tools (example Microsoft Project, Monday.com).
-Attention to details even under pressure.
-Well-groomed and good interpersonal skill.
-Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
-Possess own transport and willing to travel.
