Job DescriptionLead, plan, and manage all phases of security system projects, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and external vendors to ensure accurate system design, installation, and integration.
Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
Ensure that all work complies with industry standards, client requirements, and relevant safety and regulatory guidelines.
Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, while identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, address issues, and provide guidance to the project team.
Lead post-installation testing and system commissioning, ensuring client satisfaction and providing necessary training for system usage.
Job RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within the security, IT, or technology sectors.
Proven experience in project management within the security systems or technology sector.
Strong knowledge of security systems, including surveillance, access control, and alarm integration.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and resolve project issues effectively.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and familiarity with budgeting and scheduling tools.
Strong communication skills to manage client relationships and provide clear project updates to stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.
