Job DescriptionWe are looking for a candidate who has experience in project management, preferably with more than 5 years of experience involved in or managing IT projects. The individual must have the ability to lead and manage a project. Job DutiesDeliver every project or project area on time within budget and scope while managing stakeholders and project risk.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of project.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including Project Charter, Project Management Plan, Meeting minutes, Progress Reports, and Project Closure documents.
Job Requirements5-10 years of working experience in the IT industry preferred.
More than 5 years of intensive working experience in Project Management.
Or more than 3 years of leading IT Projects.
Preferably have a reasonable technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and/or web technologies.
Good client-facing and communication skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
