You will oversee end-to-end project delivery with a strong emphasis on zero-defect quality, ensuring that code development adheres to security compliance before deployment to production.
Following ITIL processes for incident, problem management, and change management is crucial to maintain operational efficiency. Establishing service-level agreements (SLAs) and designing a robust support model for services will be part of your role. Effective leadership of the project team, fostering collaboration and driving successful outcomes, is also expected.

As a Project Manager, havingWarehouse Managementknowledge is a huge plus. Very good knowledge ofJira, Confluencewill also be an integral part of this role. If you are certified withPRINCE2/ PMP or ITIL , it would be a huge advantage. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
