Project Manager (Infra)

**Work location**: Mesiniaga Berhad, Subang Jaya**Employment Type**: Contractual**Roles and Responsibilities**- Manage a portfolio of projects according to the standards and expectations of the project.- Manage assigned resources as appropriate to the implementation of project related activities.- Prepare and maintain all project documentation such as; initiation, delivery plans and budgets.- Develop and maintain Programed Plans and reporting documentation as necessary to ensure timely communication and successful delivery of assigned projects.- Ensure projects are planned and executed within project timeline and budget.- Project team roles and responsibilities.- Risk and Issue identification and management- System and Operational Acceptance testing- Deployment planning, management and transition to live operation- Training: Business and IT (as needed)- Operational support plans- Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards, i.e. CMMI.- Ensure adequate levels of documentation are produced as part of the technical solution.- Develop and maintain a Communications Plan and keep the business and IT communities appraised of project plans and related implications.- Ensure the hand-over to operational support (Infrastructure Support, Applications Support and Service Management (if any).- Production of progress and other management reports.- Ensure business benefits can be realized or that risks inhibiting realization are highlighted.- To carry out other tasks as agreed within the division.**Requirements**:PMP certified (Preferable).- At least 5 years project management experience, in a role that requires involvement and understanding of business activities. Aware of industry and professional standards (e.g. ISO 9001).Familiar with methodologies and project tools such as PRINCE 2, PMI and Microsoft Project.- Effective at acquiring an understanding of a problem or situation, and developing an approach to interacting with the situation.- Needs to keep overall objectives and strategies in mind, and not be deflected by matters of detail.Must take initiative to ensure technical skills and specialization's are kept up to date in line with industry developments and ensure that all relevant skill sets are current.**Get in touch with us today!**:
