You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and vendors, to deliver best-in-class solutions. Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese is required.
Job Description
Manage the end-to-end delivery of application migration projects, ensuring a seamless merge of two distinct systemsLead the enhancement and transformation of Front end System to improve functionality and user experienceCollaborate with business partners to define project scope, objectives, and success criteriaDevelop and maintain project plans, budgets, and status reporting for executive leadershipOversee vendor management, contract negotiations, and service level agreementsMentor and coach project teams to build capabilities and foster a culture of excellence
The Successful Applicant
4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the financial services or insurance industryProven track record of leading successful application migration, enhancement, and transformation initiativesStrong working knowledge of Front end System and General InsuranceProven experience in leading complex projects and vendor managementCertified Scrum Master or equivalent project management certification is a plusExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
