Project Manager (Interior Design & Build)

Job Description



-Ensuring project run smoothly and complete on time.


-Ensure all works to be carry out according to drawings and specifications.


-Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site.


-Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, check and take site measurements.


-Able to pre-amp and resolve problem that arises on site with minimum supervision.


-Good attitude and willing to learn.


-Conduct site survey and measurement work


-To ensure projects meets the stipulated quality requirements by closely monitoring and supervising the work of the subcontractor.


-Record daily site progress report/site diary


-Supervise and Coordinate site works


-Plan, organize and manage site schedule


-Report progress to project manager


-To manage site workers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure the project deadlines are met


-Liaise with interior designers, vendors, contractors and clients to ensure the smooth completion of project


-Process project rise, issues and provide solutions where applicable


-Perform quality checks on the project's materials and construction quality


-To generate and compile Weekly Progress Reports and relevant reports.


-Able to work in a fast paced with deadline given.

- at least 5 years of working experience related field


-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply


-Preferred candidate with an interest or background in renovation management 


-Ability to juggle multiple task 


-Strong project management skills 


-Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
