Job Responsibilities Management and coordination of Principal contracting projects in critical or white space environments (such as, server rooms, main equipment rooms, data halls, data center). With duties, including but not limited to: Programme management Design management Construction administration Site coordination and monitoring of construction works Stakeholder coordination Management and coordination of suppliers/vendors, including conducting tenders. Demonstrates good understanding of the various trade packages involved in critical environments such as, server rooms, data halls, main equipment rooms etc. Demonstrates good understanding of building service provisions (MEP or IT) as related to critical environments. Managesallfacetsofprojectmanagement(budget,schedule,procurement,quality&risk)forindividual realestateprojectsincludingplanning,design,construction,occupancyandcloseout. Demonstratescapabilitytoread,understandandapplystandardtocomplexdocumentsaffectingreal estateprojects,includingbutnotlimitedto:agreements/contracts,leases,workletters,project charters, surveysanddrawings. Interfacesdirectlywithclientstodefineprojectrequirements.Preparesscopeofwork,projectdelivery resourcerequirements,costestimate&budget,cashflow,workplanschedule&milestones,quality control,andriskidentification. Identifiesprojectdeliveryresourcesfrompre-qualifiedlistsorthroughindividualprojectqualification process;conductsstandardtocomplexrequestforproposals;completesbidanalysis;leadsevaluation interviews,recommendsresourcestoclients. Leadsprojectdeliveryresources/team(typicallylargermoreexperiencedteam)providingproject guidanceanddirectiontoachieveprojectgoals. Implementscommunicationplanformeetingsandwrittenreports/meetingminutestokeepclientand projectresourcesinformed.Facilitatesprojectmeetings. Implementprojectdocumentationgovernancealignedwithcompanyandclientrequirements.Ensure projectdataintegrityanddocumentationisaccurate,timelyandcoordinated. Tracksprogressofeachprojectagainstgoals,objectives,approvedbudgets,approvedtimelines. Repotsstatusandvariances.Createsactionplanstomeetobjectives,budgetandschedule. Implementschangemanagementroutinestoassesschangerequests,makerecommendations,secure clientapprovals,andissuechangeorders.Assesseschangerequeststodetermineimpactstoscope, budget,schedule,qualityandrisk. Demonstratesabilitytoidentify complexprojectrisks,leadconstructabilityreviews,developrisk mitigationandcontingencyplans,andimplementactionplanstoreduceoreliminateprojectrisks. Demonstratesaknowledgeofprojects&projectmanagementwithinthecontextofbusinessresults (businesscase,largereconomicimplications,businessrisk,etc). Otherdutiesasassigned.
