Job Description:Responsible for managing projects from start to finish. Play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed within budget, on time, and meet the specified goals and objectives.Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage changes to ensure successful project completion.Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and ensure their involvement throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee ad-hoc projects such as development of new Logistics channels and features e.g. giving ideas relating to design, development, testing and rollout of new features.Manage end-to-end Logistic projects - From ideation, feasibility and financing through planning, statutory process, and design into commissioning and operational readiness.Monitor operational performance of the Logistics team by collecting and analyzing data to guide strategic decisions.Work closely with 3PLs in order to optimise delivery costs and ensure performance.Provide relevant and timely reports on key metrics within Logistics.Flexible to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders. Regularly keep all stakeholders informed of progress, and achievement of Logistics' targets.Requirements:A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Statistics, Analytics or related fieldsAt least 3 years of experience in consulting, logistics, banking or financial institutions, preferably with project management or data analytics experienceAbility to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate collaboration among team membersEffective decision-making and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
