Project Manager (Maintenance & Operation)Oversee maintenance activities for petrol stations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and optimal functionality.
Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance plans, preparing detailed reports on project status, milestones, and completion.
Track and manage billing for all maintenance work, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing for completed tasks.
Coordinate and allocate maintenance resources effectively, optimizing team deployment and materials to ensure efficiency.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders, maintaining clear communication to align on project requirements and expectations.
Perform regular site inspections and quality assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure standards are met.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural (C&S) or Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management or maintenance roles, preferably within the petroleum or facilities management industry.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards related to petrol station operations.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail in budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
