If you are an experienced Assistant Manager or Senior Engineer of Marine Project and keen to take up a wider job scope, kindly send your CV to (HIDDEN TEXT) or apply now with us!Roles & Responsibilities:Direct supervision and management of workers and sub-contractors related to piping related works done at site.Set clear direction to lead, drive and motivate the team towards achieving common daily, weekly, and monthly goalsContribute operations information and recommendation to strategic plans and reviewsPrepare and complete action plans, implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standardsEstablish, maintain and enforce safe and healthy work environment protocols for all site worksKeep daily activity progress record and log any problems that may exist for immediate actionContinually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationshipsDevelop and maintain viable long-term relationship with internal and external stakeholdersRequirements:Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalentMinimum 8 years of working experience in the marine industryAt least 4 years of working experience in fabrication/shipyard environmentExcellent communicator and exemplary leadership qualityProven track-record in team management for project executionSound knowledge and qualification in NDT techniques (ASNT, CSWIP, ERS or equivalent)Knowledgeable in international Codes & Standards (ASME, AWS, ASTM, API…)Knowledge in ISO 90001 and OHSAS 18001 Management SystemExtensive travelling may be required for the positionPrior experience in setting up an office or department is a plus..This job offers a local package only.
