Telebort is looking for individuals who are creative and passionate about building relationships and forming partnerships through projects. You will be able to think in the big picture while managing project details and delivering unique experiences to our stakeholders. Suitable for candidates who wish to unleash creativity in project planning and generate direct impacts on the stakeholders.

Working Days and Hours:Tuesday (0.5 working day) to Sunday (5.5 working days) | 10 am to 7 pm (with 1-hour lunch time)

You will play an important role inPlan and initiate creative projects to attract and grow targeted communities (e.g., parents, students, partners, CSguru, etc), through workshops, talks, booths, etc.
Manage all aspects of project planning which includes a content timeline and budget demands.
Plan and take part in logistics arrangements for all events, such as venue preparation, marketing materials, transportation, decor and equipment etc.
Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate campaign performance.
Consistently synergise with the Marketing team to generate better attraction and conversion rate.
Evaluate process effectiveness, implementation and conversion rate of the projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need to haveYou have an academic background in Event Management/ Business/ Marketing or related fields.
You are passionate about building relationships with stakeholders and network management.
You can handle multiple stakeholders at the same time and be agile in handling emergencies or sudden cases.
You have experience in organizing events and project management.
You can work under timeline pressure and detail in managing the budget.
You are familiar with using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides on a regular basis.
You possess your own transportation.
You can work flexible hours.
