**Work Location**: Putrajaya**Employment Type**: Contractual**Roles and Respons**ibilities**- Managing the delivery of support services end-to-end as outlined in the assigned contract.- Establish and enforce the governance standards, processes and methodologies across the delivery of support services. The main responsible is preparation of the governance meeting.- Accountable to ensure customer contractual goals are achieved & maintain the business profitability within the Operation income margin.- Accountable to ensure all submitted documentation are complied with Quality Assurance (QA) standard.- Accountable to ensure the billing tracker is up-to-date & the billing milestone is followed & on-track.- Coordinate and optimize the allocation of resources including personnel, equipment and budget across the deliverable/maintenance phases.- Identify, assess and manage deliverable/maintenance risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize support disruptions.- Conduct team meetings with direct reports to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input from team.- Responsible for preparing and delivering Business Reviews to clients. Maintaining relationships with Business Directors and clients. Responsible for understanding and complying with all company and team policies and procedures.**Requirements**:- Minimum Degree/Professional Degree or equivalent in IT/Computer Science.- At least 3 years of experience in similar job environment.- Excellent problem-solving experience and decision-making abilities.- Time management skills, including managing critical incidents and escalations.- Able to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.- Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.- Ability to motivate and coach team, presenting new opportunities and challenges for additional development to achieve desired results.- Ability to work with mínimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.- Effective management skills that demonstrate the ability to balance business goals and results with staff developmental needs.- Skills in providing an exceptional customer experience and interact effectively with all levels of management and customers.- Skills in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.**Get in touch with us today!**:
