Role: Project Manager (Plastic Manufacturing)

Tasks and Responsibilities: Define project scope, manage deliverables, and track progress using standard tools to ensure alignment with objectives.  Allocate resources effectively, provide direction and support to the project team, and establish accountability for tasks.  Lead project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to corporate methodologies and managing project documentation.  Oversee project scope and budget, ensure accurate invoicing, and analyze project profitability while addressing financial issues.  Facilitate communication through regular status updates, presentations, and stakeholder engagement to address needs and concerns. Job Requirements:  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; proficient in business English.  2-5 years of project management experience, specifically in the plastic industry, with a focus on mold production.Strong engineering background with the ability to drive projects effectively and make critical decisions.Experience in tooling and project management preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
