-Experience:
-For Project Manager Role: Minimum 5 years experience in IT Project Management role.
-For Project Coordinator Role: Minimum 2 years experience in IT Project Coordination or Administration role.
-Education: Degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology or related discipline.
-Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 or related certifications are advantageous.
-Industry Experience: Prior experience with Contact Center Solution, Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) is preferred.
-Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications eg. MS Project, Words, Excel, and Power Point
-Communication Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
-Client Interaction: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear explanations while dealing with clients and stakeholders.
