Job DescriptionManage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and oversee project delivery, testing, and post-go-live support.
Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for project implementation.
Serve as a technical liaison between customers, business stakeholders, engineering teams, and support operations.
Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop and monitor project plans.
Handle changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
Analyze customer use cases, document requirements, and implement best practices.
Build trust with client leadership to ensure project success and address potential risks effectively.
Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Be flexible with working hours to accommodate different time zones.
Utilize various project management methodologies (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall) for project execution.
Job RequirementsExperience:
For Project Manager Role: Minimum 5 years experience in IT Project Management role.
For Project Coordinator Role: Minimum 2 years experience in IT Project Coordination or Administration role.
Education:Degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology or related discipline.
Certifications:Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 or related certifications are advantageous.
Industry Experience:Prior experience with Contact Center Solution, Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) is preferred.
Technical Skills:Proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications eg. MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Communication Skills:Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Client Interaction:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear explanations while dealing with clients and stakeholders.
