An expanding property developer is seeking a skilled and experienced **Project Manager** to join the team.As a **Project Manager,** you will play a pivotal role in:- Oversee all construction projects from initial stage to completion stage, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.- Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed to meet project goals.- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, consultant, authorities, and stakeholders for smooth project execution and issue resolution.- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address concerns, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the construction process.- Manage project documentation accurately, including contracts, change orders, progress reports and etc.- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve goals, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.**To be successful in this role, you need to have**:- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the property construction industry, with a track record of successfully managing commercial and residential projects.- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and build positive relationships with stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Project management: 5 years (preferred)- Property Development: 5 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
