•Identify business needs and develop/manage requirements for the project with high visibility at all stages and in all Project Management area.
•Develops detailed project plans, business case and status reports.
•Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet needs of customers throughout the project lifecycle.
•Conduct project meetings, monitor project progress and communicate to the stakeholders.
•Manage activities requiring third party or cross functional engagement for project planning and implementation.
This will include evaluating proposals by vendors.
•Conduct project post mortem and develop recommendation report.
Create necessary visuals and reports for project meetings, workshops and management approvals.
•Represent project team through participation in projects with interdependency on projects undertaken by Virtual Banking & Payments.
Requirements:
•Experience in leading cross functional teams, provide project management support and implementation with exposure to financial and performance management.
•Has channel management experience in either internet or mobile banking
•High level of knowledge and understanding of the business and IT, especially as it relates to program dependencies, connecting programs to funding, creatively generating other resources and building strategic partnerships.
•Has a holistic mindset and stays abreast of important trends that may affect our competitiveness as a group.
•Good communication skills (verbal & written) and strong executive presence.
Good problem solving skills – ability to identify issue, assess risks and offer solution options.
•Efficient and well-structured approach to program/project management with familiarity in utilizing project management methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards and meet customers' expectations
