Job DescriptionOversee and manage all on-site activities for renovation and interior design projects.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and safety standards.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Prepare and submit reports on project progress and any issues encountered.
Manage and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide leadership and guidance to site workers and subcontractors.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Site Supervisor, Project Coordinator, or in Project Management within the renovation industry.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Technical knowledge of construction and renovation practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
