Project Manager/Site Supervisor

-Oversee and manage all on-site activities for renovation and interior design projects.


-Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


-Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.


-Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and safety standards.


-Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.


-Prepare and submit reports on project progress and any issues encountered.


-Manage and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.


-Provide leadership and guidance to site workers and subcontractors.

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.


-Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Site Supervisor, Project Coordinator, or in Project Management within the renovation industry.


-Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred.


-Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.


-Technical knowledge of construction and renovation practices.


-Excellent organizational and time management skills.


-Strong communication and leadership abilities.
