The Incumbent is responsible for most or all of the following areas:
Propose and coordinate marketing plans/strategies for the Company with the aim of increasing potential sales leads database and sales revenue.
Assist in producing marketing analysis reports for customer research, current market conditions and competitor information to determine real estate market requirements for existing and future products.
Work closely with other business partners (e.g. project, sales, research and development) to ensure all marketing projects/activities including campaigns and branding are delivered accordingly.
Assist in managing marketing expenditure and budget to maximize operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in related discipline with minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience preferably in property development or construction Industry.
Good written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Wide degree of creativity and able to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks.
Able to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result.
High level of integrity, initiative and results oriented.
