Job Responsibilities:To assist the Manager in monitoring the work progress and ensure the project progress should be according to the project timeline.To execute and communicates with the project manager and project team, informing them of management decisions and making sure they're aware of project priorities and to make sure the project is meeting the expectations and specifications.To assist the Manager in project management consultancy (PMC) managementTo assist the document Control lead on MLY office scope.Assist the Manager in project programmed planning, organizing, and monitoringCommunicate with upper management and work on developing strategic goals and objectives.Facilitate effective communication within the project team, ensuring everyone is aligned with project priorities and expectationsAssist in the document control system, systems and procedures, implementation and ensure smooth implementation across the accompany.Review and consolidate daily and weekly reports on project status, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas needing attention.Review project documentationAny other ad-hoc tasks may be assigned by the superior from time-to-time.Requirement:ÂMin Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.Min 2 - 4 years of working experience in project planning, management, and executionWell organized and detail oriented.Strong organizational and communication skillsFamiliarity with document control systemsDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability in handling unforeseen challengesWilling to work at Johor Bharu
