About the rolePOTENSI CEKAL SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Project Planner to join our team on a contract basis in Bandar Bera, Pahang.
In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective project plans to ensure the timely and successful delivery of construction projects.
What you'll be doing
Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines and costs
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Optimize resource allocation and utilisation to maximise efficiency
Continuously seek opportunities to improve planning processes and tools
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the construction industry
Proficiency in using project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional initiatives
Familiarity with construction methods, project management best practices, and relevant regulations
