What you'll be doing Developing and maintaining comprehensive project schedules and timelinesCoordinating and communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestonesIdentifying and mitigating potential risks and challenges that could impact project deliveryMonitoring project progress and providing regular updates to managementOptimising resource allocation and utilisation to improve efficiency and productivityCollaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and make informed decisionsImplementing and maintaining effective project management processes and toolsWhat we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the construction industry (Building/ Infra-work).Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standardsProficient in using project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, AUTOCADExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsProblem-solving and decision-making skills to handle project challenges and uncertaintiesDiploma/ Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldProfessional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferredWilling to travelling/ Outstation.What we offer
