Project Planner

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Project Planner to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules in accordance with Jabatan Kerja Rayas (JKRs) standards.
The role also involves generating progress reports with S-curves and participating in progress meetings.
Description Develop and Maintain Project Schedules Create and manage the project Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule, ensuring it adheres to JKR's standards.
Update Project Progress Regularly update the project schedule to reflect the current progress and ensure timelines are on track.
Generate Project Progress Reports Prepare comprehensive project progress reports, including S-curve analysis, to monitor and present the project's status effectively.
Attend Progress Meetings Actively participate in project progress meetings, providing insights and updates on the schedule and any potential delays or issues.
Requirement Relevant educational background in engineering, project management, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in project planning, preferably with experience working on JKR projects.
Proficient in using Microsoft Project for scheduling and project management tasks.
Familiarity with JKR's project management standards and requirements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate detailed reports and presentations.
Able to join October 2024.
Willing to join under contract basis for 15 months duration.
