Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 4-8 years of working experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
Responsibilities:
Plans, manages and coordinates procurement activities on assigned project.
Prepares and participates on behalf of procurement in presentations made to potential customers.
Involved in estimate/budget preparation and in budget and cost-control activities.
