Project Quantity Surveyor

**Responsibilities**:- Claim preparation and submission, valuation of sub-contractor work done, evaluation of sub con VO and submission of VO to client, finalisation of account and etc.- Taking off quantity, preparation of BQ, calling of quotation and coordinating the whole sub-contract procurement process.- To attend tender briefing and tender clarification meetings when necessary.- To keep and maintain all documentation and to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.- To follow up on the status of the pre-qualification of new contractors or renewal of registered contractors and ensure approval is obtained prior to the recommendation of award.- To prepare the Letter of Award when necessary.- To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.**Job Requirements**:- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply- Good communication & interpersonal skills- Proactive, dynamic and good team player- Work location: Klang
