Project & Retail Support Admin.

Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks and functions related to project, outlet & offices support.
Upkeep record, drawings, renovation and project related permits, quotation and invoices.
Assist in obtaining quotation, requesting purchase order, application of permits and licenses, etc.
Follow-up on shipping and delivery timeline for all projects and ensure timely delivery.
Support the communications required for the maintenance of the outlets and keep track of all maintenance issues are attended to.
Work closely within Business Development department teammates and other internal and external departments.
Other administrative tasks related to project, outlet & offices support.
Job Requirements:
Preferably minimum 1-2 years of working experience with relevant job scopes and/or project environment.
Detail-oriented, self-starter, able to follow-up and complete tasks without supervision.
Computer literate, basic technical understanding of projects and able to speak and write in English.
Spoken and written literacy in Mandarin is an added advantage.
