Tasks & Responsibilities
Oversee the identification, analysis, and management of risks across all project phases, ensuring comprehensive risk coverage.
Provide expert technical support to the project team on risk-related matters and facilitate ongoing risk reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead the development and execution of detailed quantitative cost and schedule risk models, and interpret the analysis results to inform decision-making.
Establish and monitor variance thresholds for project cost and schedule, ensuring alignment with project goals and performance metrics.
Lead the risk assessment process for each reporting cycle, actively contributing to the continuous enhancement of the risk management function.
Review project plans and lead risk mitigation, planning, control, review, and reporting activities to ensure successful project execution.
Ensure full compliance with the risk management plan, procedures, and standards within the defined scope of work.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
12-15 years of hands-on experience in risk analysis and management, with a strong focus on the construction industry, including technical risk modeling and assessment.
