Project Sales Executive/Senior Executive (Northern)Do you want to journey with us in transforming the "Living & Work Spaces" of others?
The Project Sales Executive/Senior Executive plays a vital role in generating sales volume by identifying business opportunities in the commercial & residential building projects segment. We are looking for a passionate individual with a strong interest in communication and influencing. This role covers the business region of Penang/Kedah/Perak.
Sales Process Management:
Utilize Sales Funnel methodology to meticulously track the customer journey and sales processes.
Conduct regular sales analyses and reviews to assess the effectiveness of implemented sales tactics.
Business Development:
Foster and cultivate relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Developers, and Quantity Surveyors to identify new business opportunities.
Create brand awareness and offer customized solutions to clients based on their business needs.
Lead Management:
Conduct diligent follow-ups on prospective customers and leads to nurture them into viable sales opportunities.
Drive service quality and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives.
Achieve sales targets by analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions proactively.
Communicate scheduled sales reports promptly and adhere to organizational standards.
Customer Service and After-sales Support:
Analyze and finalize delivery schedules for secured clients.
Provide excellent after-sales service to address any site complaints promptly.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree holder in any field of studies.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in B2B sales.
Good communication, presentation and writing skills.
Ability with conducting product presentations and confident in interacting with clients at all levels of an organization.
Team player, positive attitude, innovative, self-motivated, responsible and able to handle stress.
Possess own transport.
Benefits:
5 working days per week
Attractive basic salary + rewarding incentive
Medical coverage: RM80,000
Medical claim: RM1,200 per annum
