Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the bathroom and sanitary supply industry.
Business Development:Identify, cultivate, and nurture strategic partnerships with key clients and decision-makers in the construction and project development sectors.
Team Management:Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their long-term needs and providing tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
Project Management:Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
Market Analysis:Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
Job RequirementsRequirements:
Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role within the bathroom and sanitary supply industry/similar industry.
Deep understanding of the construction and project development sectors, including key players, market dynamics, and procurement processes.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Experience in managing large-scale projects and complex sales cycles.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
