Job Description: Lead and manage the project development team, including interior designers and maintenance personnel.
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of retail development projects and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Provide leadership, direction, and support to the project team.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Lead the interior design team to ensure design concepts meet project requirements and brand standards.
Review and approve design plans, layouts, and materials.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively manage risks to avoid project delays and additional costs.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to the management.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all project activities and documentation.
Manage the application and renewal of utilities and licenses required for retail operations.
Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained in a timely manner.

Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design (ID) or a related field.
Minimum 10 years & above of experience in project management , with a focus on the food retail industry.
Candidates with ID background will be highly preferred Proven experience in leading and managing project teams.
Strong knowledge of food retail requirements and regulations.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and team management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
