Project Site Supervisor

**REQUIREMENT**- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Construction / Building / Project Management related courses or with minimum 2 years working experience preferably in construction environment.- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.- Good interpersonal, communication skills and analytical.- Knowledge of computer preferred.- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be added advantage.**Duties & Responsibilities**- To monitor the entire building/ construction work at site and provide progress update reports.- To supervise construction works in accordance to design and drawing specification.- Carry out materials and works inspection and acceptance.- To monitor site progress and to ensure that work is done on schedule. Plan, execute and review projects activities.- Liaise with Sub-Contractors to ensure that all works are done according to approved drawings/specification.- Inspecting and handling all materials delivery and storage works.- Control and handling all machineries at site.- Any other duties that deem from time to time.- Carry out duties and responsibilities specified in relevant Quality Procedures and comply to- Quality Management System, Procedures and Instruction.
