Responsibilities:Working with Sales department to support on technical/ operation related to acquire new RFQ, new business
RFQ management: Clear communication of MOQ, Lead time, and copper model with internal and external partners
Project management: Clear communication and leading of NPI samples, ramp-up plan, SOP procedure at project level
Support on Change management project to ensure flawless execution of Changes
Leading Production ramp-up project and ensure customer demand ramp-up, Facilitate customer fulfillment on material pipeline, capacity, and Leadtime, etc. As initial escalation contact for customer demand fulfillment / quality / delivery
Be able to find out solution/action of profit and cost analysis based on customer/order level
Other task/ project assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:Education background: Bachelor's degree combined with relevant experience
Min. 5 years experience of project management in manufacturing area
Technical background is a plus
Strong commercial insight preferably combined with a background in electronics/mechanics
Strong interest in design, innovation, and new product development
Strong organizational skills: ability to set priorities and capable of multitasking while finding the right balance between administrative follow-up and account management
Basic leadership skill required
