Project Specifier

Identity and develop strong relationships with key decision makers for building projects / mega projects such as architects / design firms, consultants or project developers / buyers to promote Fluidra products.
Maintain long-term relationships with the clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work with sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand the client base.
Understand client needs and work with internal team to provide tailored solutions / proposals (including technical documents, drawings, product specifications, costings and etc.)
based on customer budget and specifications to win project biddings.
Ensure sales team is aware of the updated project specifications and support marketing initiatives to achieve country sales target.
Work with marketing team to produce / update the technical presentations or product materials and plan related specification seminars / visits.
Educate clients about products, design principles, processes and the value of creative choices to foster collaboration and satisfaction.
Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback, competitor activities, market outlook, industry trends and developments to relevant team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in sales specification with strong architect / design firm networking
Aptitude in networking and building relationships
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Ability to manage multiple architect company and government mega-project
