PROJECT SUPERVISOR (ELV)
Report: Reporting to the Project Engineer / Project Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Supervisor's responsibilities include:
Maintenance and repair : Overseeing the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ELV systems, such as audio-visual equipment, security systems, and control systems.Inspections : Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and resolve potential issues.Project management : Controlling and supervising the implementation of projects, including installation, fitting-out, testing, and commissioning.Quality control : Ensuring the quality and productivity of projects.Documentation : Maintaining accurate records of all work, including inspection reports, maintenance logs, and schematics.Communication : Maintaining open lines of communication with clients, management, and team members.Staff management : Setting up work schedules and managing staff allocation.Purchasing : Requesting purchases related to work implementation.Additional Responsibilities:
Ensure that the engineering team is well prepared and meets the property service standards.Any damage/repair must be resolved within the shortest time possible, swiftly and professionally.Promote good teamwork and coordination with other departments.Coordinate, install, and inspect repairs and maintain all electrical, mechanical, and other related systems in all locations.Ensure that the preventive maintenance program is strictly implemented and carried out routinely.Contribute to effective inventory control systems.Be part of the Emergency Response team and follow relevant safety procedures.Handle any other tasks as assigned by management.Requirement:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Preferred candidates should have a bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering.Must be local.Must be able to converse in English fluently.Minimum 2 years' experience in similar positions.Good knowledge of building, mechanical, and electrical engineering (M&E/ELV) skills.Well-versed with ISO 9001, 14000, and 45001 certifications.Able to use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.Positive, proactive attitude, resourceful, and able to work independently.Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.Summary of role requirements:
Flexible hours available.
2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
Working rights required for this role.
Expected start date for role: 31 January 2025.
