Project Supervisor

**Duties & Responsibilities**:- Supervise construction site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.- Coordinate and schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines.- Communicate with project managers, project consultants and subcontractors to ensure project goals are achieved.- Performing regular inspections of the construction site.- Managing orders and deliveries of building material.- Manage and maintain construction site documentation, including daily logs, work schedules, material used, and costs incurred.- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction and escalate issues to project managers when necessary.- Ensuring construction work is completed to the highest standards.- Attending site management meetings- Ensure that construction site is clean, organized and free of hazards.**Requirements**:- At least 2-3 years of experience Structural- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia.- Possess own transport to travel to Construction Site.- Able to use Microsoft Work, Excel, Power Point, Project and AUTO-CAD.- Good team player to communicate with key stakeholders- Excellent oral and written communication skills.**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonusAbility to Commute:- Johor Bahru (required)Ability to Relocate:- Johor Bahru: Relocate before starting work (required)
