Position Overview: The Project Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and supervising project activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in project management.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise project activities from inception to completion. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget. Supervise and motivate project teams, providing clear direction and support. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Prepare and present project reports and documentation. Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Assist the Project Manager in carrying out supervision and inspection of work at site. Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Project Management or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Supervisor, with a track record of successful projects in Construction / Electrical / ELV / IT / AV & related field. Experience in Structured Cabling would be an advantage. Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project). Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
