Zohe Group is the parent company of:- Fang An - The Builder- Daawji - Home Styling ServicesZohe Group also have partner company:- Konzept Plus - Exterior Consultancy**Responsibilities**:- Overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, and to the client's satisfaction.- Coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that all project requirements are met and communicated effectively.- Conducting site visits and meetings with clients to ensure that project specifications are met and addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the project.- Maintaining detailed project documentation and records, including progress reports, project plans, and meeting minutes.- Ensuring that projects comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.- Leading and supervising project teams, including designers, contractors, and other staff.- Continuously monitoring and reporting on project progress to management and stakeholders.- Managing project risks and developing contingency plans.- Ensuring quality control and conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.- **Job Requirements**:- Possess driving license- SPM/STPM/Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or similar.- Construction experienced is advantageous.- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.**Monetary Related Rewards**Year-end bonus, Incentive, Project bonus.
