Projects Assistant

1) To assist in accompanying potential customers to sites and follow up with the sale / rented procedures2) To inspect and resolve all rectification or repairs related to the properties and ensure properties are well maintained3) To liaise and supervise contractors for the repair work, maintenance and/or security4) To collect rental and other fees from tenants and liaise with lawyers if necessary such as in the event of delayed payment5) To visit untenanted properties if they are securely locked and check for break in6) To report properties' status, occupancy and expiring leases7) To manage disputes arising from properties where appropriate8) To investigate and resolve properties' complaints and rental violation10) To perform inspection after tenants vacated the properties and to ensure no damages were caused during their tenancy11) To terminate leases and initiate eviction process where necessary12) To visit oil palm sites as and when necessary13) To check fertilization, stocks etc at estates14) To take on other responsibilities as instructed by the superior**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to Commute:- Johor Bahru (required)Ability to Relocate:- Johor Bahru: Relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
