Job Description
-Project Oversight: Oversee and support various project activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and meet our quality standards.
-Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics for online training sessions and events, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant communication.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery. Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to contribute to a positive client experience.
-Marketing Support: Assist in marketing outreach initiatives to promote our services, expand our client base, and enhance our brand presence.
-Client Retention: Support the development of strategies to improve client retention and engagement.

; Requirements:-
-Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is preferred to effectively coordinate training in both languages.
-Proficiency in G Suite applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to streamline project coordination.
-Collaborative and capable of working both independently and within a team to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet project deadlines
-Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, planning, or a related field, with a focus on online training or event management
-Strong leadership skills are a plus, with the ability to lead projects and guide teams to successful outcomes.
