Key Roles:
Come up with end user engagement strategy.
Recruit, train, and supervise promoters such as brand ambassadors and demonstrators. Provide guidance on product knowledge, presentation skills, and customer engagement techniques to maximize effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative promotional strategies aligned with the company's objectives and target audience.
Plan and execute promotional events such as product launches and store promotions.
Ensure the availability of promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and giveaways. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to produce high-quality promotional materials within budget and timeline constraints.
Track the performance of promotional activities and measure their impact on sales and brand awareness. Analyze data and feedback to make informed decisions and optimize future promotional efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment of promotional activities with overall business goals and strategies.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging promotional techniques. Incorporate new ideas and best practices into promotional strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field. Proven experience in promotional activities, preferably in a similar industry or role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
