Promoter - Project Cp300 (3 Months)

**Duties & Responsibilities**- Promote & Sell Colgate Oral Care products- No of engagement with shoppers/consumers by outlet (based on the outlet coverage), by day, by month- No of conversion with shoppers/consumers by outlet (based on the outlet coverage), by day, by month- No of product sold (with product name & pack size)- Out of stocks OR inventory- Promotion compliance- Price- Feedback with photos home shelf & secondary display POSM deployment & Disposal- Daily promo check- On-field data collection via FFAS - OOS, Promo compliance, feedback & etc.**Job Requirements**- SPM holder or above- Knowledge/experience in retail, sales, and/or merchandising- Committed salesperson- Willing to work on Wednesday to Sunday (Rest day: Monday & Tuesday)**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 3 monthsPay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)Expected Start Date: 05/20/2024
